To ensure a positive experience for all children, families, and staff, we ask parents and guardians to support the following responsibilities: Maintain Open Communication Share important information about your child’s health, development, routines, or family changes that may affect their experience at Thrive. Prompt communication helps us provide the best possible care and support. Keep Contact Information Current Ensure that emergency contacts, phone numbers, addresses, authorized pick-up persons, and medical information are always up to date.
Follow Health and Safety Guidelines Help keep our community healthy by keeping your child home when they are ill and adhering to all illness, medication, and immunization requirements. Arrive and Depart on Time Consistent schedules support children’s routines and classroom learning. Please adhere to your child’s scheduled drop-off and pick-up times and notify us of any changes. Review Center Communications Regularly check the Playground app, email, text messages, newsletters, and notices to stay informed about classroom activities, upcoming events, policies, and important announcements.
